At Classy Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all original tags, accessories, and invoices (if applicable).
  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for all return or exchange requests. Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return Period

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the necessary payment details.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may choose an exchange instead of a refund.

Our customer support team will assist you throughout the process to ensure you receive a replacement as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • All returns and refunds are subject to product inspection and verification of the unboxing video.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging/tags may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Classy Collection reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing it periodically for the latest information.
